What does the continuous stay (residence) on the territory of Poland mean?
Stay (residence) on the territory of the Republic of Poland is considered uninterrupted if none of the interruptions exceeded 6 months and in total did not exceed 10 months,
unless the interruption was caused by:

⦁ Performance of professional duties or work outside the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of a contract concluded with an employer who is registered in the territory of the Republic of Poland
⦁ Accompanying a spouse performing professional duties or providing work in the conditions specified above
